LED Church Screen Installation at Christ UMC, Farmers Branch

CMG Visuals delivered a premium dual-screen P1. 9 LED video wall installation for Christ United Methodist Church in Farmers Branch, Texas, replacing the church’s outdated projection system with modern, ultra-bright direct-view LED displays.

A key challenge was preserving the sanctuary’s existing design. The structure would not allow for traditional wall mounting, and the church needed to keep its speaker screens and finished surfaces intact. CMG Visuals designed a custom cantilever mounting system that allowed the new LED displays to be securely installed without tearing into walls or disrupting the space. This approach minimized downtime while preserving the sanctuary's look and feel.

To protect the investment, our team also installed surge protection and a controlled power-on system to safeguard the screens during startup and daily operation.

The dual displays feature P1.9 fine-pixel-pitch LED technology at 7680hz refresh rate — a leading choice in modern church production — delivering full 1080p resolution on each screen. Powered by Novastar A8s receiving cards and a COEX controller, the system delivers exceptional clarity for song lyrics, scripture, and live video, providing the church with a crisp, high-impact visual experience built to last.
