CMG Visuals replaced an old outdoor digital LED sign at St. Luke’s Church in North Dallas with a brighter, and reliable message board.
LED Screen Installation Overview
St. Luke’s Episcopal Church hired CMG Visuals to replace an outdated double-sided outdoor digital LED sign located at the high-traffic corner of Royal Lane and Preston Road in North Dallas. The existing display was an older Ultravision LED sign, which had become difficult to maintain as the manufacturer was no longer in business and replacement parts were no longer available. Because the sign plays a key rolein community outreach and visibility, the goal was to upgrade image quality and long-term reliability while maintaining the existing structure.
CMG Visuals completed a double-sided 6×4 ft LED sign replacement by reusing the original frame and support beams, eliminating the need for structural modifications and reducing overall cost. The new display features our 101OF series outdoor panels, upgrading the pixelpitch from P10 to P6.67 for sharper resolution, improved clarity, and more vibrant colors—making messages easier to read for passing traffic.
In addition to the hardware upgrade, CMG Visuals provided hands-ontraining for church staff and included a free content management software, allowing St. Luke’s to easily update announcements and messaging. By combining higher performance, cost efficiency, and strong warranty support,CMG Visuals delivered a modern, reliable signage solution built to serve thechurch for years to come.
