LED Screen Rental Overview
In April 2025, the Sanders family hired CMG Visuals to help create an unforgettable NFL Draft watch party for Shedeur and Shilo Sanders at Country Prime Ranch in Canton, Texas.
CMG Visuals provided two LED video wall displays, configured in a 7x4 layout (58 panels total), using P2.6 pixel pitch cabinets with a brightness of 800 nits. These screens ensured a clear viewing experience for family and guests as they watched the Draft unfold live.
Beyond the LED walls, CMG Visuals also set up a production package, which included uplighting for the tent, spotlights, and audio support. This combination transformed the space into a vibrant private venue that matched the importance of the occasion.
The final setup shows how LED rentals and event production services can elevate private parties of any scale.
