Trade Show LED Wall Rental at Gaylord Texan for Lybsyn

CMG Visuals was hired by Libsyn, one of the world’s leading podcast hosting platforms, to deliver a high-resolution LED video wall display at their Podcast Movement 2025 trade show booth. The event was situated at Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas. The goal of our client was to make an immediate visual impact that would attract attendees, reinforce brand presence, and enhance on-site engagement.

To maximize sightlines across the exhibit hall, the screen was elevated 2 feet off the ground, placing the visual center higher up from the ground. This setup gave Libsyn the ability to showcase animated graphics and sizzle reels without obstruction from foot traffic or booth elements.

The P2.6mm pixel pitch ensured tight pixel density, delivering crisp imagery even for close-up viewers. At a full 2304×1152 resolution, the wall provided a cinematic canvas ideal for brand storytelling and dynamic motion graphics.
